No. We offer flexible rental options, so you can store your items short-term or long-term based on your needs.
Items that are flammable, explosive, toxic, corrosive, or otherwise dangerous are strictly prohibited. This includes fuels, propane tanks, paint supplies, acids, and similar materials. Vehicles and equipment such as motorcycles, lawn mowers, camp stoves, kerosene lamps, or heaters must be completely drained of fuel before storage.
Our smallest unit measures 5' x 7.5' (37.5 sq. ft.), roughly the size of a large closet. Larger units, such as our 10' x 20' (200 sq. ft.), are ideal for winter car storage, ATVs, snowmobiles, and other large items. Contact us if you need help selecting the best unit size for your needs.
Yes! We provide outdoor storage for vehicles of all sizes, including spaces for vehicles under 20 ft. and larger vehicles over 20 ft.
Yes, we have 70 units located above the floodplain, keeping your belongings safe, dry, and protected.
Payment is simple and convenient through online bill pay, giving you full control over your account anytime.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, email money transfers, post-dated checks, and cash. Monthly payments can also be prorated for convenience.

To rent a unit, you’ll need a government-issued ID and a payment method. Our team can provide guidance if you have additional questions.
Yes. If rent is not received by the 7th day of the month, a late fee of $25.00 will be applied to your account. To avoid additional charges and ensure uninterrupted access to your unit, we recommend submitting payments on time using our convenient online payment options. If you anticipate a delay, please contact our team as soon as possible for assistance.
We do not provide storage insurance directly. Your items may be covered under your home insurance policy, or you can add storage coverage through your insurance provider. Please check with your insurance broker for details.
We provide drive-up self storage units and outdoor vehicle parking. All units are well-lit, clean, and secure.
Mountainview Storage is a fenced and gated facility with security cameras and 24/7 access. Units are individually secure, and the property is well-lit at night for added safety.
