We have live-in security and the perimeter is fully fenced with secure gates.
We have 70 units that are above the flood plain.
All flammable, explosive, toxic, corrosive or otherwise dangerous goods are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. This includes all fuels, propane tanks, paint supplies, acids, etc. Items such as motorcycles, lawn mowers, camp stoves, kerosene lamps and heaters, etc., must be thoroughly drained of all fuel prior to storage.
